For the iPhone/iPod or iPad we recommend Full Term - Labor Contraction Timer, which is a free app and very straightforward to use. Simply tap the start button at the beginning and end of a contraction and the app will calculate everything else (see screenshots). A full labour history is stored for you or your health care professionals to analyse.
There are also a number of free Android Apps out there, which perform the same job and can be found here.
